From looking at the paint markings on the tires it looks like at 100psi one is 28 5/8 and the other is 28 1/2. If that's what those markings are representing
Yep, that'll be right since they're the 700-18's & we always ran 100psi. They are on the good race wheels too by the way!

I just converted a set of these "Al's wheels" from 5 on 5.5 to 5 on 5 with a 3 inch dia pilot. They are nice wheels pretty heavy but very strong. They are heavier now!
