I think Jon told the story of how he acquired the name a long time ago. I can't remember if it was before or after he acquired the site from Jon Amo. I do think you've found the source. :cheers: :cheers: :cheers:

Nancy and I were driving through Death Valley and stopped at Ballarat -- home of the other SSS. Nancy saw Slim's name on the building and his tombstone and everything and said "That'd be a good name for our race team". The rest is history.
That would have been in '02 or so. I bought the site in '08.
And struck gold! Lucky for us, thanks for all you do.
