Finally!!
Landracing.com has relaunched and new content will continue to populate the site. Rest assured that all of the old content has been saved and archived.
The forum has a new look as a result of an update from an outdated version but it is all there. If you happen upon something that is missing from the forum, please let us know.
Thanks for your patience and support.
Regards, Mike Kaehny

Mike,

I am sure you know this, but just incase you don't.

When using the old saved address for LR.com forum on my computer this is what comes up.

https://landracing.com/forum/  Oops! That page can't be found.

Just under the search bar there are two words Forum or Archive, which you can click on to get to the forum or Archives. That is how I got here.

The new address to save for those who would like to would be https://forum.landracing.com/
and that will bring you right to the forum page.

Hope this helps.

Between the transfer from Slim to myself and some reconfiguring that was required, the forum link/name had to be moved around.

Mike,

I just went to landracing.com webpage and see that you have posted new SCTA events etc. That is great and thank you. What I cannot locate on that homepage is how to get to the forum? I have noticed that many longtime users have not come back to the forum, and was wondering if they don't know how to reach it as the old link could not be used to access the forum, especially if they saved the old link in their favorites sites.

I might be missing something on the homepage? A link to the forum might be a big help for those who usually went to the Homepage instead of directly to the forum.

Just a thought.

Thanks Woody,

For some reason when I googled it the word Forum did not show up?
I have no idea why is did not?

Thanks for this post, I am glad it is there.

I think the main site is still work in progress.  The word "Forum" briefly disappeared the other day but it's back now.

Also, I no longer get the "Oops ...." message, so I guess it's live and more content will be added over time.

Yessir. The website itself is in a rebuilding stage after the move to Wordpress. I'm going through the archives to find interesting pieces that may not have been seen in awhile along with adding new content.
I'm still learning the do's and don'ts of Wordpress so there might be a hiccup once in awhile but thankfully, there are other eyes on the site to alert me when I step in it. Feel free to send me a message if you see something that needs attention.
Thanks for your patience and support!

I scroll down to the bottom of the "home page".  When I see the word "Forum", I click on it.  This works
well for me.  Thank you to everyone who helped...putting it together, improving it, and keeping it going.

Thanks for the post.
I'll keep on trying to make it better. I have a couple of things in the works to bring new stuff for the members.

An option to delete should be in user actions.

Punch the "more" button. It should reveal a "remove topic" option. 😉

I only see "Modify" rather than (say) "Delete".  "Remove topic" sounds like it would do more than just delete one message. :-o

With (some?) links to images I get a 'Content not viewable in your region' message. Probably because I am not in the USA.

Normally I would expect this when commercial/legal restrictions apply, but struggling to think why members posting on here would want to limit visibility of their photos.

That may be a technical issue that needs attention from an administrative angle. The international members should not be excluded from any content. Let me look into it and see what I can do.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Stand by.

I have to say ,,,,,,,That i am sure going to miss Slim. But with that said, it likes you have a good handle on this and things appear to be running smoothly under your guidance. Good luck.
