Thank you Stainless.  For my consistency, I am just a bit slow.

I bought my grandson a ProFox off the shelf 5 with nomex underware when he started driving our roadster. I have a 15 and a 20 but he smaller in stature than the rest of the family. They are VERY REASONABLY priced and meet all SFI specs. They a located in Burbank Ca. The class record is under 175.
The only ones who don't understand so far for the last 3 years are the inspectors. I just give them the page number of the rule book and for the most part ignore their questioning of my integrity. My grandson is fine with it and a -15 is in the plans.

I'd always noted that some inspectors were often involved with other runners that belonged in my category.  This was often made for being more informed because of it -- and -- sometimes they were just looking for some way to kick you out.

One time we had them looking at the dashboard that had 4 or 5 Bonneville and El Mirage record tags on it while asking "Is this a new car?".

The easiest inspection at Bonneville we ever had was when we were way back in the inspection line when an inspector walked up, looked around, noticed the fuel pressure gauge left over the street-running days with the tank in the trunk, and asked if that was still in used.  "No, it's just filling the hole in the dash."  Then then he said, "Make any changes from the last El Mirage meet?" -- "Nope." -- signed us off way back in line.
