Bonneville Inspection Form

I have sent in my entry for 2022....I understand they will send back a car inspection form with my package.
Is there another place I can download a current inspection form....Any I have found are not legible enough to print.

I believe if you go to USFRAs website they have the form that you can print

I don't recommend using that form since it is from 2018. I will put a request into the powers that be to upload the latest form.

The 2022 Car Inspection Form will be uploaded to the SCTA website by days end. Still working on getting the Motorcycle version uploaded as well.
