6 years ago my engineer modified my heads to take bigger screw in studs for roller rockers and to remove the pedestals for the original stamped rockers.
I finally got round to cleaning up my heads and working on the ports when I noticed the engineer never canted the heads on the mill and now I have weird angels
everywhere. Not sure how he missed this step because he had the instructions with him.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?. 🙏🏻

Mike-perhaps someone here might be able to help. However, with my old engine I spent a lot of time on this site: https://www.speed-talk.com/forum/  It is filled with engine guys many of whom I interacted with and respect. It might be worth asking there. The "engine tech" section would be appropriate.  Describe what you have and the problem and see what you get. Sign up is free for advanced access and needed for some sections but you can, I think, ask questions as a guest in the engine tech section. Good luck.

I wonder if you could find a piloted spot face cutter that could be located by the threads I hope you still have in the remains of the towers?
I`d never advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...But they work for me.

Or...A counter bore used to recess cap screws...You could drive that with your drill press. Might have to rig up a fixture to hold the heads.

That's pretty screwed up Mike, your machinist forgot to turn his brain on when he did that! Replacing them if you can would be the least amount of headache but that would be a lot easier in a different part of the world.
My thought is to over bore the mess at the correct angle to remove all the incorrect holes then do a pre-threaded bung with enough extra length on it so you can screw it in then whack off the excess.

We need pics...Anything can be fixed.

Plug the holes with threaded stock - then mill and redrill/tap at the correct angle. Depending on which heads they are (and if a lot of port work hasn't been done) it might be easier/cheaper in the long run to replace them.
Jomar still makes their stud girdle for the Cleveland heads.
