Thanks for all the kind words   Woody when I was a kid and we were celebrating my Granddad's 88th birthday the extended family got together and my mom had made one of the most beautiful white cakes that I had ever seen her make and it had one of the circular candle holders. It took us several minutes to get all the candles lit because the circle was full and several we just stuck in the icing..  the sugar frosting started melting and then caught on fire---wallah  instant redneck culinary creation "blackened cake" for birthday celebration.
