I'm selling every thing I have from the SALTASAURUS lakester.  The frame is a 1 5/8 mild steel pro welded and has gone through tech several times. I'm including everything but the kitchen sink. There is a body with canopy new Winters Extremeliner diff. with 40 spline axles and it's 26' wide. I have tires and wheels and parachutes and just about everything you can think of to build a race car  that is about 23'long. I am asking $8,000 and $15,000 with a very little used trailer. If you are the buyer I will load everything you can imagine in the trailer and meet you at the World Finals or???? This is a sincere efert to get someone in to Landspeed racing on the cheap. The speed that you wish to achieve is only limited by the depth of your wallet.

Thanks for posting the pictures Woody.

George, a question or two for you on the ad.

No motor or transmission parts are included correct? As I recall the car was running a small block chevy with a liberty transmission, is it still set up for that combination?  Has the Extremeliner Rearend been installed in the chassis? Some of these answers might help a interested buyer.

I wish you the best on the sale.

I love the USA. How much longer will we be a free nation?

Asking questions is one's only way of getting answers.

I'm trying to dispose of a lot of parts that would suit the building of either a lakester or a streamliner. The differential is something I bought and never used. it has mounts welded on to the axle tubes that would make it easy to mount on a frame. I will also include a Speedway Engineering QC. that has the the center section and tubes but no axles. I will give you the direct drive {no torque converter} Powerglide that was in the Saltasaurus that made 22 runs over 270 mph.The tires are the ones rated over 300 mph and meet the current requirements. I'm just trying to get rid of a lot of stuff with no concern as to how much money I have in it. These items would cut your build time and cost back considerably.
