Just heard through John Beck via Leon's son that Leon passed away a couple of days ago. Leon Joined the Bonneville 200 MPH Club in 1968 at a speed of 224 MPH in a modified roadster. No further info other than Leon passed peacefully in his sleep.

God Speed to Leon and prayer offered to his family and friends.
