NOS bottle location

  Is a NOS bottle located in the spare tire well in the back of a Firebird considered the "drivers compartment". It's in the back of the car but not up with the driver..The thing is you see those Promod cars with two 20 lbs. bottles right next to the driver.

Must have a firewall between bottle and driver, it is considered Part of fuel system.
