closest Near Miss

I'm wondering what the closest "near miss" is.  In my quest for 200 mph I had a near miss at 199.997 mph.  Has anyone missed at less that three one thousandths of a mph?

I got a 299.657 red hat but i met two who's misses were closer than mine on a Blue hat

OK Pork Pie is probably in the top 10 with his 199.655 but he hit later in the year WF 2012 with a 202.8. 

Jerry Hathaway of Citroen SM fame has to be the closest hit at 200.002 in 1985

Breedlove had a pretty close hit at 600.601.
