On behalf of the Bonneville 200 MPH Club I would like to present Bill a blue hat in recognition of his and the teams accomplishment. I can't.

Thank you Bill for making LSR an important spot in the world motorsports arena.

Too bad you can't.  Such a magnificent accomplishment happens only once.
Get off the stove Grandad.  You're too old to be riding the range.

 Wow! Congrats to Bill and everyone involved in building the bike that made the run possible.

An absolutely phenomenal feat. Congrats to Bill and his team from everyone in the LSR community.

IIRC, he's running a heavily modified 'Busa engine/drivetrain, turbocharged with progressive boost
controller around a handbuilt streamlined fairing... He went 273 last year, but that was due to breaking
something at around the mile mark, drifting down to 273. Bike guys, correct me if I'm wrong...

That is fairly accurate ... He also went 278 at the Texas Mile ...
