Requires text to post pic-it-tures.  XLCR is ridden by Drew Gatewood's son, Clayton.  My XLCR never went that fast.

They had rulebooks one could look at, but not for sale.  I looked up  the MPS class front wheel section when I saw a dustbin on a solo machine.  It returned with a different fairing to tech again.  Rear, I dunno.  Seems the rear fairing on the Marumasu bike was more enclosed, came back like this.
