I have never had to beg this much to volunteer my time to anything before!  I am just saying "F" it at this point if they are this screwed up only a few months before the race is supposed to happen!!

Yep contacting the wrong folks will get you pissed off and no where... as just advised, contact the organizer to see if you can help....

Via Strupp's website I've gotten no response yet. I posted a comment, asking if Steve would please post more on these forums. I also clicked on the "message" icon (which says "I typically reply within an hour") and sent a message similar to my comment- but no reply yet (2 days so far).
