Mike Cook

Does anyone know how to find out where and when Mike's service will be? I would really like to send flowers. He was such a neat guy to be around.

I do not know of any services but there is a planned gathering at his home in Norco Ca. on November 18th at 2:00. I believe its on the SCTA Facebook page.

Having met Mike Cook once, briefly -- I think it was about 7 years ago -- at one of his Top Speed Shootouts at Bonneville,
I wish to express my gratefulness and appreciation for all he has done in his participation with and support for the community of land speed racers everywhere.  Inspirational people like this are valuable and treasured . . . and missed when they are no longer with us.
