Good luck to him.

To all concerned:   I apologize for being repetitive, but I strongly urge Rosco to

retire from land speed racing immediately after breaking the ALSR by going about 800 mph.

There's no need to die in a crash while trying to go 900, 1000, or 3000 mph.  Jeez.

I can relate to Rosco's situation. He's only a year older than me with a similar but certainly much larger situation than I have. I've built a very capable streamliner & knew being able to not only afford to explore it's potential but come up with a crew was going to be tough. I'm just one fool in a short shed with a long car & $6.50c. My race # is 650, standing joke. :-D My crew is still evolving & we're trying to run.
What I don't understand with Rosco is why he's not out there getting it in the public's face & at least doing some shake down runs to drum up interest. Sitting in his museum is just a waste of time & money but is there more to it? Has he built a monster he's afraid of?
When my junk starts going fast, will I be afraid of it? There's only one way to find out.

I agree that some lower-speed runs would be great for publicity.  Even those should
not be done before the vehicle is thoroughly ready to do it safely.  Good luck to you, and
good luck to Rosco.
