My family, friends, and I have been racing this car at Bonneville and El Mirage since 2008. Over the years, we've accomplished far more than I ever imagined, getting both of my son's into the El Mirage Dirty 2 Club, and after setting the record at Bonneville this year, I feel like we've achieved most of the goals we set out to accomplish.
The one big goal still out there is 300 mph.
I know this car is capable of doing it. The question is whether I have the resources—and perhaps the time—to take it to that final step.
