Nick, that is a gorgeous shot of an OUTSTANDING car.

For a long time, that was the loudest car I ever heard run. Who knows, maybe I was on the down wind side but it did THUNDER.

It was the car on the 1974 Bonneville Poster. I love that foto.

Thanks,

You know with them it could be anything. I sure miss Don. He was one of the best.

I miss both of them.

Don trusted Jack and allowed him positions of responsibility without any worries.

I miss JackD around here.

He knows how to bet he can walk on water and wait to collect the money when the river freezes.  What's the old saying, "no prophet is accepted on his own turf"?

FREUD, Glen Deeds told me the same thing. He said it made the side of his roadster shake when he was standing next to it at the five mile. I have no idea why it was so loud we were running straight alcohol perhaps we had the cam in late and were putting all the horsepower out the pipes.

Unless it's crazy, ambitious and delusional, it's not worth our time!
