To bring this back, I am going to buy the aluminum for the rear spoiler tomorrow and was curious about thickness recomended by you guys. I was thinking .068 might be good. Opinions?

Car is coming back together VERY slowly!! It sucks.

Depends on your design but I'd be thinking more like 1/8".
