I own a lovely home with a basement for rent during salt events!

Hello again! My name is Brian Boatman and my wife and I own a lovely home in West Wendover, NV. Each year we rent out the basement to racers during the salt events. The drive from my house to the salt is approximately 8 minutes. Here are the specs: One large (cool) room with a restroom. There is a shower, sink and toilet for your use. There is also a refrigerator as well as parking in the garage if desired. We require a (5) five night stay (minimum) with payment due at the time of booking. We charge $75.00 per night. No refunds are offered. You will not be disappointed. The local casinos and hotels will "sock" it to ya if you stay there. Please give me a call if you're interested. I work in Law Enforcement and am trustworthy. We've had repeat customers over the years who love to stay with us. Give me a call if you'd like me to email pics of the house and/or the accomodations.

Good news...for someone. I have a friend that has decided to rent out his basement apartment during Speedweek. The place is really nice.
