I have been asked by the GG assoc. to round up 12-15 LSR vehicles for the Pleasanton show 08/21-23, load in day is Thur. 08/20.

The GG have bought a building on the fair grounds and intend to put on a LSR show similar to the Century of Speed. I am thinking that North and Central California and Southern Oregon cars and bikes would be able to get some exposure that they normally do not get at other shows.

So far the usual passes and goody bags are on offer. I have to get the players before I can push for more stuff. I would like to get a group of Jack Costella cars and bikes, Jack's 80th birthday was at El Mo earlier this month. I still want to call Dennis Mariani. I have Tom Walsh Street Roadster and a couple of others. I would like to see some vehicles that we do not see at shows.

Any interest?

Does not need to be a runner. Last year I had a couple of vintage cars. Showed the public the changes in design and speed over the years. Big hit.
