Turbo Rebuilding

Hey all, greetings from the Great North Wet!
After rebuilding my T3 turbo I have found that it is an easy way to make some extra bucks in my spare time... Nobody around this area does this type of work.
I was wondering if anyone out there can refer me to some sort of publication that details the rebuild process, and modifications? Even a "Home study course"?
