Well things can be deceiving and work can go fast but in the video that car isn't even in the "90% done, 10% (Can you say 50%) left to do" range. I wish them luck would be great to see them run. along with all the other 500mph capable cars out there......

Not to incite thread drift, but... I wonder what is going on with Target 550?   No updates to their Book of Face page or web site in a while.  Still looking for a driver with sponsorship?

The T-550 car was shipped to Australia for the DRLA Speedweek. The event got canceled. I am guessing the car is on its way back home now. Sad deal for the Target 550 Team.

   Hi Tom. Actually the new driver is an Ozzy. I think he is a man of means and could be the eventual owner. I think it will stay over there as Marlo told my he won't go to Bolivia and I thinks the course is to short for there speed goals at Bonneville.

Interesting.  So the Ozzy gets comfortable at 400+ and then maybe sponsors Rosco?

Marlo has had a number of webmasters for Target550.com. Dad provided Ray the images and Ray when they were both alive. Clare Sanders then took over and has since passed. I don't know what Triet's plan is moving forward but will keep y'all posted when i can.

  I spoke to Korrey Bligh, Marlo's crew chief at a swap meet today. He told me that they have applied for an extension for the T550 to stay in Au. through next years meet. He also showed me pictures of Marlo's drivers car collection. Millions. He will build a million garbage collection cans this year. $30-40 each.
