LSR Compatible On Board Video Cameras?

This topic comes up from time to time, and camera technology seemingly changes by the day.  What is the current hot setup for an externally mounted on board camera?  I am most interested in using one on an open motorcycle, with built in telemetry.  Several years ago I almost bought a Garmin VIRB XE, as it marked all the boxes and was even used for live road racing broadcasts (SCCA Run Offs), but it has since been discontinued.  The Contour Roam3 was my next choice, and it too is gone.  GoPro seems to have fallen out of favor of most content creators in recent years, and I was never blown away by the one I had.  Then again, the options for a camera with on board telemetry is pretty sparse.
