Most rules are written in blood and...... Rule changes are bought by a big fat check. 😉

Good to hear of all the racers that went to Impound.  Hope the driver from today is OK.

I love the USA. How much longer will we be a free nation?

Asking questions is one's only way of getting answers.

I wonder if the rain had anything to do with it ?
Surprised they allowed runs in the rain.

Rockracer...What rain. We were in line when the incident with Keith occured. Since I started coming to Bonneville 1975  this was the driest salt we have ever had. Not saying how good the course was beyond the 3 but there a few who shreaded tires. We had no salt on our race car from the course or well marked turn offs. Our push truck had the least amount of salt EVER on it. Rain came on the way home Tuesday

We left Wendover around 7:30am on Tuesday, and it was already raining pretty good by then.

Any news on Keith's condition?

No news...
I can only assume that he's not OK.   :-(

Was Black Salt the only incident during the event or were there others that are also not being talked about?

Calkins

I saw one roadster spin.  Afflick locked the motor up on his 50cc bike and went down at 98mph.  I can't think of any others.

It was raining enough at the starting line,  I packed up my camera and heading to the pits.  While out there 1/2hr later the ambulance passed by .

Aaradema lakester shredded a front tire, speed was 280 during the run. A C/BF mid-mini pickup shredded a tire when we were next to go. I don?t know frt or rear. I didn?t know them.
