   dsorey... I have raced at EL mirage off and on for 35yrs and never hear stories like yours.

               You claimed to have ran your black 57 chev there. As in my previous post.

           I SEE NO STARTING POSITION OR CAR CLASS AND NUMBER ON THE CHEV.

           AND IF YOU RAN WHAT WAS YOUR STARTING POSITION, LANE, TIME AND DATE??

            UNTILL, YOU PROVIDE THEM I WILL BE THINKING YOUR FULL OF BULL $HIT.

Thanks for the information regarding Pat's passing. Not everyone uses Facebook, and it is not listed on the SCTA Website under Health and Welfare.

What's missing? The reason SCTA banned him.

  Desory never answers about is car number or class or any dates.

  He got banned and is now trying to discredit the SCTA.

   So desory you want to shed some light.

I understand what you are saying. We don't know if this is something that was created with AI by someone with a grudge, or some kids who know enough about the sport to be playing a prank, etc, etc, etc. I also have seen that you have asked them several questions that have never been answered.

So for that reason, I suggested for anyone who really cares about this persons post and accusations, to contact who they claim wrote the letter to them. Once Bill Latin is contacted he could say if the accusation is true, never happened, or. etc. The reason I suggested contacting Bill or (Pat) is the simple fact that to my knowledge they have never used this forum. Also how long ago did this happen? Were they asked to display the car at the first GNRS that the whole building was LSR's which was a quite a few years ago, or a show that was recent? Too many questions and not enough answers. We really don't even know who we are talking to since most people use a nickname etc.

He was in our club (LSR) years ago. He has personal "issues". The club got rid of him and he went to another club (Sidewinders)? Eventually he created so much havoc with the SCTA he was banned from the organization. If you contact the SCTA you can get the whole story.

We are not normally forum people, but we thought we should respond to a couple of the replies.

Referring  back to a prior post about the fraud in Minneapolis where the whistleblowers are more excoriated than the fraudsters we see people questioning about the car number and DE legitimacy of the car.  There must be more to the tech?s about spending that excessive time in tech, etc.  There is more to it.  It was vendetta and chicken shit driven, it wasn?t about complying with the rules, it was more about punishment.  Through the course of many tech?s, one tech was administered by a fellow racer who did not have an agenda of punishment of deviant reasons.  He was professional, courteous and prompt.  We were immediately teched and then we helped put his teams car in the tech lane and had a number of friendly exchanges with him and his team over the weekend, wow what a difference.  As for the car ask your so called President , Vice President or Pee Wee Steve they will know the car.

Pee Wee Steve informed us we were the most photographed car in the SCTA which must have been very hard for him to admit, not  that we cared.  After all Pee Wee Steve is responsible for this car setting a record at El Mirage that will never be broken, most bogus techs, without ever having one violation in our log book. Not One!  What do you expect from someone who we have never seen with his own self-built race car.

So much for races for racers by racers more likely peridium?s, rooms and other perks, etc.

Voters of the SCTA and California voters are baffling.  The SCTA?s officers, Board, etc. has striking similarities as politicians of California, a Governor with a path of destruction and scandals in the driver?s seat while  three communities burned to the ground with destroyed lives and lost lives and an LA Mayor with the same baggage, neither accepts any responsibilities and are both still in charge.

One last comparison, away from slimy politics, one can?t help but think of a baby?s dirty diaper.  SCTA just wants to move the doodoo to a different spot, turn the diaper inside out, but the doodoo is still there stinking and getting on everybody.  That seems to be how they select their officers and Board.  We always thought you remove the dirty diaper, clean and remove the doodoo and dispose of it properly, put on a fresh clean diaper that way there are no sore hinnies.  If they did that participation would probably rebound and SCTA financial statements would probably have pluses instead of negatives like the negatives we saw on a recent statement.

The garbage we just described about the state and the SCTA are the most likely reason the SCTA and the state are bleeding people.  The best way to turn that trend around is to get rid of all  of the doo.  It looks like someone is in serious need of some baby wipes.

P.S.  Somebody responded about unwritten rules, seems like all of the unwritten rules apply to us, only we purchased a rule book because we thought those were the rules, if it is full of unwritten rules what is the point of have a rulebook. 

It seems like people did not appreciate the picture of the car, so we will post a picture of one of our motorcycles at El Mirage.
