And the collars join air intake tubes to the scoop? Nice job Mike. As for the visually challenged fellow...I stopped at a red light while driving a '40 Ford sedan and a young girl in the car next to me yelled..."Cool car! Did you buy it new "?...🤔
I`d never advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...But they work for me.

The box sits on the plenum chamber.
They'll be bonded.

The collars are just there to hold stuff and no pressure involved.
It's complicated but it will turn out OK.

At least she yelled!!!!!. My answer might have made her blush but I don't do that anymore. 😂😂😂
Maybe that's your Karma Jer. You have been ripping people for years.😂😂😂

Mike, your parts always look professional and well engineered. I always enjoy seeing the progress that you are making

Thanks John.

I promised not to whine again.
You guys all know I don't have a budget right?.
I find sponsors.
My engineering sponsor stiffed me big time.
A year and they did jack. I couldn't complain because it's free stuff so to speak.
Looks like they lost all my samples too.
If they weren't willing they could have said no from the get go!.

I'm rock bottom here. Ready to quit.🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Mike, we all have sponsor stories to tell.
My first sponsor's wife shafted me but I still put their company name on my drag bike.

Mike, you may have noticed that I haven't worked on my Liner for over a year... but now I'm back to work on it... enthusiasm for a project comes and goes mostly based on life and living... We all take breaks when stuck, then the path reappears.... I've seen it happen several times on a project a friend of mine in SA is working on...  :?

John, my problem is I have no earthly backup. I'm all alone here. You guys are on the other side of the planet. It would be awesome to have someone over to chat to. I'm on my best behaviour locally because I can't rock the boat. If I do what's inbred in me I'd be in jail. People talk PC and I laugh. I'm not BUT the good sponsors I do have don't need the embarrassment. I'm not the guy that will argue with you online or by phone. I'm face to face. People are taking advantage of me because I'm over a barrel. When you're poor you hunt backing. I know they laugh behind my back when I leave. Old grandma drives me around in a Chevy Spark. No road car and big shot racing guys drive fancy stuff.

I'm eating humble pie like crazy but I earned it. I chose this path. I have to carry this cross. The weird thing is I keep finding materials I forgot I had. I've made a pile of crazy stuff already and more being cooked up. I'll get over the hump my brother. God Bless you and thanks for the support.🙏🏻👊🏻

I had that in 86. My F2 March 832 was at my sponsors factory. I get back from deployment on the border in January and the factory is occupied by new tenants and later found out the car was sold to a Swiss dude. Thieves my brother. I whine which is better than breaking stuff especially my hands. I am determined though and can't be beat. They'll need an army. You guys keep me going. Without you I'm nowhere. Thanks for being there. It goes a long way. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I wish this was even 3 rounds in the ring with a heavy. No problem. My interest and enthusiasm hasn't gone away. I put my future in other people's hands.
That's the frustration. I can graft 12 hours a day. It's just hard doing it with a dark cloud hanging over me. I'll overcome. If this is the big test I think I've passed already.
Just need the one break. It will come. I know that. Thanks brother. Rollercoaster South African style. 😂

Mike, there is no ahead or behind in building LSR special construction cars... or any LSR car for that matter.... I should be building faster... but I'm not.... there is almost as much inspiration as perspiration in one of these, got to do it as you envision it.
